Bought this from Amazon and have had this for one week. I charged it for the required amount of time and wore it one time and now it turns off due to low battery. I have emailed to return this and better be able to. From the hour i have used this, it worked wonderfully and i would recommend it. I hope that this is a fluke and a one time deal because I really want to use this. -- Brand New Out of Box, Battery will NOT keep a charge!
Heart rate is difficult to read while running but other features are easy to see. I have good luck locating satellites and mileage is accurate. Uploading is easy and fast. I am quite pleased with this device. -- Forerunner 305
Great watch - finds satellites quickly, logs data accurately. The initial setup takes a little time, but after that, it's a snap. Graphs of data could be easier to manipulate - sometimes the axes are too big. Overall, a great value for the money. -- Easy to Use
I usually don't write reviews, but I REALLY enjoy my Forerunner 305 and wanted to share with others. I have had my forerunner for about a month and am more pleased each time I use it. I find it easy to customize and it seems to have all the features I could want and more. The Heart Rate info is stable, easy to read and the GPS locates satellites quickly. I Love being able to run in new places and see exactly how far I am running and at what pace. The best thing is that it actually makes my running more fun. I download my runs to the Training Center Software and review them to watch my improvement which gives me more encouragement. I thought this was for more advanced runners, but I find that as a novice runner it really keeps me motivated. -- Very Pleased
I like this monitor very much. The features are great and the ability to download your data to your computer really shows you your progress. The one issue I do have is the enter button somtimes won't work when pushed. I probably should have sent it back but chose to use it as is. -- Like this monitor
